When you purchase a digital product from AI Atelier, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the product, its underlying system prompt, or any associated intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain with AI Atelier.
You may use AI Atelier products for personal and business purposes. You may not:
Digital products are delivered via a link sent to your email address after purchase. If you do not receive your delivery within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at fiona@ai-atelier.com.au.
Some AI Atelier products require a third-party account (such as ChatGPT) to use. AI Atelier is not responsible for the availability, terms, or pricing of those platforms, and any changes to those platforms that affect product functionality are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, AI Atelier's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will match their description and be fit for their stated purpose.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
